This policy explains how Prompt N' Run handles account, billing, support, extension, and license information.

1. Who operates Prompt N' Run

Prompt N' Run is operated by Ben-Simon Labs, LLC. The product provides browser extensions and website services for repeating, sequencing, and scheduling prompts on supported AI platforms.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate accounts, licensing, billing, support, and product access. This may include your email address, authentication profile, license status, product plan, support messages, diagnostic details you choose to send, and basic website interaction data.

3. Authentication

Prompt N' Run uses Auth0 for account sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google and Auth0 provide authentication information needed to identify your account. Prompt N' Run does not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, or offline-access permissions for normal account login.

4. Billing

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details, receipts, invoices, payment status, and subscription events. Prompt N' Run does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

5. Extension behavior

The browser extension runs in your logged-in browser tab. Prompt runs are sent by your browser to the supported AI platform you are using. Prompt N' Run uses its backend to verify licenses and account status, not to process ordinary prompt responses.

6. Prompt data and local storage

Runlists, schedules, settings, and diagnostic logs may be stored in your browser or extension storage so the extension can function. Information is sent to Prompt N' Run support only when you choose to provide it or when a website account feature requires account-level state.

7. License and account state

Prompt N' Run stores license records, product grants, subscription status, activation status, and related account identifiers so Pro access can be verified across the website and browser extensions.

8. Service providers

Prompt N' Run may use service providers such as Cloudflare, Auth0, Google OAuth, Stripe, and browser extension platforms to deliver authentication, hosting, security, billing, and distribution.

9. We do not sell personal information

Prompt N' Run does not sell your personal information. We use account and license information to operate the product, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

10. Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and support active customers. You may request account or support-record deletion by contacting support.

11. Security

Prompt N' Run uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, license, and billing-related records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
